Located in Louisville KY, Sullivan University's National Center for Hospitality Studies is preparing students for careers in the hospitality field by offering five Associate of Science (A.S.) Degree Majors. Students can earn an Associate of Science Degree in Culinary Arts; Baking and Pastry Arts; Professional Catering; Hotel and Restaurant Management; and Travel and Tourism. The University also offers Diplomas in Professional Cooking and Professional Baking.

Students receive hands-on training at the Bakery, the National Center for Hospitality Studies fully equipped retail bakery and Baking and Pastry Arts Training Lab located across the street from the Sullivan Louisville campus.
Winston's Restaurant at Sullivan University is a three and one half star gourmet restaurant located on the Sullivan University campus. National Center for Hospitality students work in the kitchen and as servers in the dining room, providing excellent training experience and professional polish.
