Hospitality education
Sullivan University offers two hospitality degree programs to help you begin a career in a restaurant, hotel, or resort: an Associate of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. Both programs combine general education courses with courses in business and hospitality.

The Hotel and Restaurant Management program includes an internship at the university's Winston's Restaurant or other approved externships.
The Hospitality Management program builds upon previous education, as students are required to already have an associate's degree in hospitality, catering, culinary arts, or other related studies in order to begin the program.
