Those who focus on hotel and casino management will learn about casino operations, resort management, and hotel and casino security. Those who focus on restaurant management will learn about nutrition, mixology, sanitation, and purchasing. And last but not least, those who focus on travel and tourism management will learn about international travel, leisure travel, modes of transportation, and global distribution systems.
Classes are available in the morning or the afternoon and a three-month internship is required as part of the program. Hospitality graduates may be able to find employment with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, convention centers, airlines, cruise lines, and other hospitality-related businesses.
