Hospitality in California's Wine Country
Empire College offers a diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, and Wine Industries, which provides instruction in California and wine industry studies as well as more general hospitality and tourism studies.

The regular program is three quarters in length, while the accelerated program takes 2.5 quarters. Students also prepare for certificates from the American Hotel & Lodging Association in Hospitality Sales and Marketing, Convention Management and Service, and Managing Front Office Operations. If they wish, students may also choose to specialize their studies by choosing a concentration in Travel, Hospitality, or Sales and Marketing.
Students of the Travel concentration will prepare for two certifications from The Travel Institute — Destination Specialist: Hawaii and Lifestyle Specialist — and a certificate from the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), while the Sales and Marketing concentration will prepare students for certifications in Tourism in the Hospitality Industry, Marketing in the Hospitality Industry, and Supervision in the Hospitality Industry, from the the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
The diploma program includes a Wine Country internship.
