Culinary Arts at L'Ecole Culinaire
L'Ecole Culinaire offers two different programs to prepare students for a career in the fast-paced culinary industry: an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts and a Diploma in Culinary Essentials. Courses include training in baking and pastry, hospitality management, and food and beverage management for a well-rounded look at the food industry. Students also prepare meals at the school's restaurant, The Presentation Room, to gain further experience.

The associate's degree program takes 90 weeks while the diploma can be earned in 60 weeks. Classes at L'Ecole Culinaire are offered in ten-week blocks instead of the traditional school calendar so that students can focus more intensely on their subjects.
