Focus on Culinary Arts Management
When you combine a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management (BAOM) with a concentration in Culinary Arts Management, you can blend knowledge in the culinary arts field with organizational skill development in communications, group behavior, decision making, HR management, and ethics for a well-rounded diploma. You can customize your degree with your educational and professional goals using previous work experience or education and transfer up to 12 approved credits of coursework to the concentration, so the credits you have already earned will be used.
