Culinary, baking, and hospitality careers
The goal of the Culinary Academy is to prepare students for placement in their career of choice. To that end, the academy offers different course programs in cooking, baking, and hospitality. Classes are offered mornings and evenings, and internships are a feature of all programs. The Culinary Academy is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Colleges and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT).

The Culinary Academy facility has a series of professionally-equipped kitchens and labs in addition to two student lounges that are used to simulate a variety of events and dining environments. This gives students the opportunity to practice the skills they learn in the classroom as well as during the final internship.
