Baking and Pastry Arts

Sullivan University in Louisville offers an Associate of Science degree in Baking and Pastry Arts that is accredited by the American Culinary Federation. The program is designed to prepare students to create specialty pastries and baked goods like tortes and bavarois, and work in the culinary industry as a baker or pastry chef. Students must complete an on-campus internship at The Bakery or Winston's Restaurant, or an externship at a restaurant.
