Preparing a student for a job as a cook or line chef is done by many schools which offer a fast six month certificate or diploma program. RMC Culinary, through an accredited degree program, offers students the cooking, management and critical thinking skills, enabling them to become chefs, managers and leaders in the industry with an AAS degree, or BBA degree, or BPS degree. You'll be able to start an exciting career that's so much more than just a culinary job.
RMC Culinary is situated at the Robert Morris College DuPage location in Aurora, downtown Chicago, and most recently Orland Park. State of the art facilities allow access to modern culinary equipment and work space, so the requirements of today's restaurants and hotels are met with the creative and hands-on training you receive.
At the Robert Morris College Institute of Culinary Arts, a student is able to start culinary education by studying for an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts. Once you have successfully obtained your Associate's Degree, you can then work towards a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, specializing in Hospitality Management, or alternatively, a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Advanced Culinary Arts. You can also earn an Associate Degree in Baking & Pastry.
